top77fn Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules for Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the top77fn platform and its members ("you" or "member"). top77fn is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming license.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any bet, top77fn reserves the right to void or recalculate that bet.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled before kick-off due to environmental or organisational reasons, the stake will be refunded.
• Top77fn is not responsible for any disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• If an obviously incorrect odds is identified on any bet, top77fn reserves the right to correct it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on top77fn:

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Arbitrage Betting – attempting to lock in risk-free profit by placing bets on the same event at different odds.
• Bonus abuse – attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the required wagering conditions.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system using software.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
• Abusive behavior or threats directed at top77fn staff.

Suspended by top77fn: top77fn may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• If unusual activity is detected on the account.
• By order of a court or competent authority.

The maximum amount claimable against top77fn shall not exceed the member's total deposits over the preceding 3 months.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account and withdraw your balance.
